- Emergency calls for previously priced defects that have not yet been approved by the customer are not included.
- If your system is functioning, this package doesn’t cover any works that might be required by the customer. Our Handyperson services must be priced and ordered separately.
- 5 emergency calls are for air-conditioning, plumbing and electrical systems only.
- Replacement of equipment, distribution networks, fittings, and consumables is excluded from the ‘Unlimited Free Spare Parts’ policy. Please review the list below to familiarize yourself with what is included in our ‘Spare Parts’ policy.
